Job Description Summary The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently producing precast concrete products of the highest quality standards. This is a union facility. Responsibilities Cleaning steel forms Oiling forms Detailing unfinished concrete prior to customer delivery Caulking etc. Other duties may be assigned as needed Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required. Requirements/Skills No experience required Ability to communicate effectively with team members Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment Good attendance and positive attitude a must Must have reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Knowledge of basic tools and their uses Compensation The hourly pay rate is $22.45/hr.
