As a Construction Sales Executive, you will be essential to furthering our mission by driving sales and establishing enduring client partnerships.
The ideal Account Executive is constantly seeking innovative ways to cultivate new business, surpass client expectations and exceed sales targets.
This role will:
Strategically target prospective clients in the construction industry, including contractors, architects, builders, and developers.
Create and execute effective sales strategies to convert leads into lucrative sales opportunities.
Foster loyalty and satisfaction with established clients by cultivating robust and lasting relationships.
Conduct product demonstrations and engaging sales presentations to highlight the impressive features and advantages of our construction products and services.
Prepare and present compelling proposals, adeptly negotiate pricing as well as contracts, and close sales deals.
Collaborate with the estimators, project managers, superintendents, and other security consultants within our company to ensure seamless project execution while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Remain up to date on market trends, competitive activities, and industry conditions to identify promising new business opportunities.
Attend prominent trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network with prospective clients and effectively promote our products and services.
Generate valuable reports, comprehensive forecasts, and incisive analyses for properly tracking sales performance and identifying areas where improvements might be made.
Offer exceptional customer service by effectively addressing client inquiries, adeptly resolving complaints, and ensuring the timely delivery of top-quality products and services.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
